The U.S. aviation system is broken — overregulated in the wrong places, under-accountable where it matters, and increasingly hostile to pilots, operators, and innovators who actually keep aviation alive.
Unrestricted Airspace exists to challenge that reality.
This platform is being built as an independent aviation policy, advocacy, and consulting initiative focused on restoring common sense, freedom, and competence to aviation regulation, insurance practices, and government oversight.

Unrestricted Airspace is independent by design. We do not receive funding from trade groups, insurers, or manufacturers.
Contributions directly support the ability to travel to Washington, D.C., meet with lawmakers and staff, present policy research, and elevate aviation issues that are being ignored or quietly suppressed.
This work requires face-to-face engagement, document preparation, and sustained presence where decisions are actually made.
